About our Cat Lounge & Adoption Center
The Purrfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or light snack, our Cat Lounge and Adoption Center area is a great way to spend an afternoon with the kids; finishing up some work online; or just relaxing and enjoying some cuddle time with our adoptable cats and kittens. Our cozy cat lounge area is a shining example of tiny living with cats at its finest! If you are looking to adopt, it’s a great way to get to know each cat’s individual personality in a calm and soothing environment. Café entry fee will be credited toward adoption fee on any cats or kittens adopted at the café.
Our kitten nursery adds some extra pounce to our location, where you can spend time with our kittens under 6 months of age who are currently looking for a home! These little cuties make every day bright, and are always a highlight of any visit.

Avocato is currently home to so many adorable cats and kittens! And we have dozens more currently waiting in foster homes and stores throughout Metro-Detroit. View all of our rescue cats (and dogs!) that are available for adoption!
