FFG Europe & Americas (FFGE&A) is a holding company conceived to integrate technologically advanced European machine tool manufacturers that possesses technological excellence.  The holding companies currently consists of a number of major Italian industrial companies and intends to its technological value on a European scale by adding more manufacturers from the old continent.  The FFG Europe & Americas companies include: VDF Boehringer, Hessapp, IMAS, Jobs, MAG, Meccanodora, Modul, Morara, Pfiffner, Rambaudi, Sachman, Sigma, SMS, Tacchella, Witzig & Frank.  

Jobs is a benchmark company in the field of high-performance machining in the Aerospace / Aeronautics, Car Industry, General Engineering and Energy fields.  Since 1980 Jobs has been producing high-power high-speed machines and automated milling systems with 3 and 5 axes, which are employed world-wide by the most advanced manufacturing industries for ultra high-tech machining. Jobs exports 80% of its production to the most industrialized countries and its main site employs approximately 200 employees.

Rambaudi

Founded in 1945, Rambaudi has marked the history of the machine tool with its milling machines and its machining centers.  In 2010, Rambaudi joined the Fair Friend Group, and is now on the market as a reliable partner for the supply of high-speed machines or high-capacity removal machines with 3+2, 5, 6 axes and for the supply of tailored solutions.  Rambaudi produces machines for diversified fields going from mold and die, to general purpose machining, to aerospace.

Sachman is a Jobs’ product line. Fully complementary to Jobs’ milling centres, the Sachman product range has been designed to offer highly flexible and versatile solutions, mainly aimed at subcontractors in general engineering, moulds and dies, energy and automotive fields. The Sachman milling machines are built in the historical plant of Reggio Emilia.

Sigma

Sigma produces a wide line of machines which is positioned in the high market segment: a). Small 3-axis vertical machining centres with movable worktable; b).3-axis vertical machining centers with movable worktable; c).Simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining centres, with movable worktable; d). 3-5-6 axis palletized vertical machining centers with movable worktables.
